Senderships
- Sendership applicants must be aged 18 or younger and must face a financial or other significant barrier to climbing (ie transportation).
- Applicants must commit to climbing regularly for the duration of their Sendership, attending at least three quarters of classes if the Sendership covers a program, or at least one day per week for a gym or team membership.
- We request that Sendership recipients, along with a parent or guardian, commit to a short feedback session with a Project Send It board member to let us know what they are getting out of climbing.

FAQ
We award Senderships to kids 18 and younger, or, if older, who are still in high school.
No! If you are applying for a recurring Sendership, please specify the number of months you are applying for. We will typically reassess long-term recurring Senderships every six months by checking in with the applicant.
Absolutely! Please fill out separate applications, but mention that your sibling is also applying and we will take that into consideration while reviewing applications.
Our current chapters are in the Front Range (Denver area) and Cascadia (NW Oregon and SW Washington), so priority will be given to applicants from those places. However, if you don’t live in one of those regions, you are still welcome to apply, and we will do our best to award as many Senderships as possible.
We ask that you consider transportation when applying for a Sendership, whether it be car, bike, or public transit. You are welcome to include transportation funds as a part of your Sendership application.
